Our carefully selected suppliers must meet our own high standards of quality before we list them on our site. Builders must provide all the correct building regulation paperwork and meet all the latest Spanish legal building regulations. All buildings must be fully energy efficient and comply with new building regulations. All properties come with a 10 Year Build Guarantee, Consumer protection laws in Spain cover various types of construction defects for different periods. The most serious structural defects are guaranteed for 10 years.

Buying Off Plan on a New Build Project

Many of our properties and in the early stages and this means that you are buying from the concept design photos and builders plans. The huge advantage of buying a new build property off plan sometimes includes the opportunity to request personalisation of the property. It good to understand that buying a property in the early stages is cheaper, as the price increases when the demand gets higher and the project is near completion.
